Job summary

Quantiphi in Bengaluru seeks an Engagement Manager – Conversational AI to lead strategic client engagements and deliver innovative Conversational AI and GenAI solutions. You will manage end-to-end engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure client success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Conversational AI, GenAI, LLMs, and enterprise CX solutions, with excellent client management and delivery leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in client-facing engagement/delivery roles.
• Proven experience with Conversational AI / chatbots / virtual assistants.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow / Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end Conversational AI engagements, from discovery to delivery and implementation.
• Act as primary client contact, building relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead teams delivering chatbots, virtual assistants, voice bots, GenAI and LLM-powered solutions.
• Translate client challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions and drive project governance.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and new AI initiatives within engagements.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager – Conversational AI to lead strategic client engagements and drive the delivery of innovative Conversational AI and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Conversational AI, GenAI, LLMs, and enterprise customer experience solutions, combined with excellent client management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end Conversational AI engagements, from discovery and solutioning through delivery and implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead teams delivering chatbots, virtual assistants, voice bots, GenAI and LLM-powered conversational solutions.
• Understand client business challenges and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Drive project planning, delivery, governance, risk management, and overall engagement success.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead client workshops, requirement discussions, solution presentations, and executive-level reviews.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and new AI initiatives within existing client engagements.
• Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Conversational AI.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in client-facing engagement/delivery roles.
• Proven experience in Conversational AI / Chatbots / Virtual Assistants / Contact Center AI.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow / Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience managing enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of AI solution architecture and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Experience in consulting, solutioning, pre-sales, or business development is an added advantage.
