Job summary

Genpact in Gurugram is seeking an Engagement Director to lead AI-driven engagement initiatives across verticals, building expertise on Amber platform and driving data-led decisions.

You will craft dashboards in Power BI, deliver insights, and report to stakeholders, leveraging MS Excel and Power BI to visualize attrition, retention, and engagement metrics. Excellent communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or MBA with strong analytical focus.
• Experience translating data insights into business recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement through cross-functional communication with HRLs and business groups.
• Build Amber platform expertise and promote AMBER use via demos and calls.
• Create advanced dashboards in Power BI and data visualizations.
• Analyze Amber data for employee insights and actionable recommendations.
• Perform adhoc analyses on retention and engagement requests.
• Tell data-driven stories with insights and impact on business outcomes.

Job Description

• To drive engagement through active communication with different verticals/ HRLs/ business groups
• Build subject matter expertise on Amber platform, and create awareness about AMBER and its use through regular calls/ presentations/ demos
• Regular Amber and Attrition reporting to key stakeholders through advance excel dashboards and powerpoint presentations
• Creating dashboards for better visualization of data and insights on power BI
• Analysis of Amber chat data for Key Employee Insights and Recommendations
• Custom Adhoc analysis on specific retention and engagement related asks from stakeholders
• Correlating AMBER data with other datasets for better insights on employee retention and engagement (example: Attrition, promotion, iPerform, Genome)
• Enhancing the efficiency of current dashboards/ data models and improving the quality of inferences and suggestions provided by the team
• Experience in insights-based storytelling and analytics
• Critical problem solving skills
• Excellent communication – written and verbal
• Expertise in advance MS-Excel including power pivots and PowerPoint
• In-depth understanding of data and statistics
• Working knowledge on Power BI
• Understanding of text and sentiment analysis
• Good to have – knowledge of Python to work on sentiment analysis adhocs
