Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a security professional to identify threats, assess vulnerabilities, and implement countermeasures using leading EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike and Traps. You will work on deception techniques, stay updated on security trends, and contribute to documentation and presentations for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on incident detection, BAS tooling, and delivering end-to-end EDR solutions with a focus on L3 support and rapid remediation in a dynamic IT

Qualifications

• Good technology background.
• Experience in identifying threats and steps to defend against them.
• Ability to identify vulnerabilities and remediate to avoid them.
• Good knowledge on Deception.
• Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge on Antivirus/EDR technologies.
• Understanding of BAS (breach and attack simulation) tools.
• Experience implementing end-to-end EDR solutions (preferably CrowdStrike, Cortex/Traps).
• Knowledge on disk encryption, identity protection and vulnerability management.
• Ability to resolve L3 technical issues.
