Job summary

CSK Information Technology is seeking an experienced IT administrator to manage Apple device enrollment and Windows endpoint provisioning. The role covers ABM/Intune MDM, ADE, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and Azure AD enrollment with strong troubleshooting in enrollment and configuration.

Hyderabad-based, full-time position with a focus on lifecycle deployment and compliance. The candidate will coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure device identity, secure enrollment, and seamless deployment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Apple device enrollment using Apple Business Manager (ABM), Microsoft Intune, and MDM.
• Configure and manage Apple MDM Push Certificate (APNs) and Enrollment Program Tokens.
• Perform device assignment, activation, enrollment, and re-enrollment through ABM and Intune.
• Support Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) for Apple devices.
• Perform remote device actions including Remote Lock and Remote Wipe.
• Verify successful enrollment and re-enrollment after device wipe/reset.
• Troubleshoot Apple enrollment, MDM profiles, policies, compliance, and provisioning issues.
• Manage APNs certificate renewals and other Apple MDM prerequisites.
• Support Apple device lifecycle and deployment activities.
• Manage Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune onboarding and deployment.
• Configure and assign Autopilot deployment profiles, configuration policies, compliance policies, and applications.
• Handle device registration, licensing validation, tenant-related requirements, and profile assignment.
• Support Windows Autopilot Pre-ProVisioning and troubleshoot deployment failures.
• Validate device readiness and provisioning outcomes during imaging and deployment cycles.
• Troubleshoot Windows enrollment, provisioning, application deployment, configuration, and compliance issues.
• Support Windows device lifecycle activities including enrollment, deployment, re-enrollment, and retirement.
• Support SCCM/MECM and Intune for Windows device deployment and configuration management.
• Support OS deployment, imaging, application deployment, and device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot imaging and deployment-related issues.
• Support SCCM/Intune co-management and connected provisioning activities.
• Validate successful deployment and configuration of Windows endpoints.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) device registration and device join.
