Ascendion in Bangalore is seeking an Endpoint Security Engineer to strengthen our enterprise defenses and protect corporate devices.

You will implement and monitor security solutions, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and stay ahead of threats in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

This role emphasizes PowerShell scripting, Windows security, and integration with Defender for Endpoint and Intune.

Job Title: Endpoint Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing, managing, monitoring, and maintaining endpoint security solutions to protect laptops, desktops, servers, and other corporate devices against malware, ransomware, unauthorized access, and cyber threats.

Minimum Qualifications

• For an Endpoint Security Engineer role, prioritize one EDR platform in depth, Windows security, alert investigation, incident response, and PowerShell. If your target role is Microsoft-focused, start with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Intune.
