Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Radisson Resort Saputara. You will support the Housekeeping Manager and drive a detail-driven, guest-centric service culture across daily operations.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative team player with a passion for extraordinary service and a Yes I Can attitude, contributing to memorable guest experiences in a dynamic hotel

Qualifications

• Flexibility with a positive attitude and customer-focus.
• Strong attention to detail and service orientation.
• Previous supervisory experience is beneficial.

• Oversee housekeeping team, lead by example, ensure high cleanliness standards and pillow quality.
• Be right hand to the Housekeeping Manager, proactively ensure guest satisfaction and smooth department operations.
