Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Delhi is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead and inspire the housekeeping team, ensuring flawless cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction across the hotel.

You will establish the highest hygiene and quality standards, collaborate with all departments for seamless guest experiences, manage schedules and inventory, and train staff to consistently deliver luxury service while upholding health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a housekeeping team and maintain high standards.

• Familiarity with PMS and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop schedules, allocate tasks, and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Train, motivate, and inspire your team to uphold luxury service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Description

As the Head Housekeeper you bring an unparalleled commitment to excellence, a detail-driven approach and a genuine passion for maintaining an impeccable guest experience to our dynamic Housekeeping Team.

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Establish and maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards in all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop schedules, allocate tasks, and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all Housekeeping procedures to be a resource when needed.
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member management.
• Commercially aware.
• Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards.
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of PMS
