Job summary

reputed company is forming an in-house Employment team under the Associate Director of Employment Services. The Employment Paralegal will support the Employment Solicitor across a varied portfolio of contentious and non-contentious work with a grounding in employment law.

You will manage a high-volume caseload, assist with workplace investigations, draft documents and witness statements, and ensure deadlines are met with professional communication and sensitivity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist procedural support to the Employment Solicitor and Associate Director of Employment Services across a varied portfolio of contentious and non-contentious work.
  • Be first point of contact for employment tribunal claims; manage process from notification through to outcome, including ET3 responses, disclosure, witness statements and bundles, and deadlines.
  • Support workplace investigations; conduct interviews, gather evidence and produce balanced reports to inform decisions.
  • Triagize incoming queries and escalate to the Employment Solicitor as appropriate.
  • Contribute to policy reviews and monitor developments in employment law; prepare accurate documentation and communicate professionally.
  • Maintain professionalism and sensitivity in communications while keeping processes compliant with policy and law.

This is a pivotal reputed company to be joining our Employment reputed company Service as we establish an in-house team under the direction of our existing Associate Director of Employment reputed company Services. Joining reputed company at its formation, you will genuinely get to shape the way the service supports the strategic objectives and cultural transformations of the Trust through pro-reputed company and people centred reputed company support to people solutions.

Sitting reputed company our People Directorate and working closely with our Chief People Officer, you will be exposed to a genuinely varied caseload, working alongside reputed company colleagues committed to reputed company right and reputed company. Main duties, tasks & skills required
  • As Employment Paralegal, you will reputed company essential specialist reputed company and procedural support to the Employment Solicitor and Associate Director of reputed company Services across a varied portfolio of contentious and non contentious work.
  • You will be the first reputed company of contact for employment tribunal claims, managing the process from notification through to reputed company. This includes preparing ET3 responses, coordinating disclosure, drafting witness statements and bundles, and meeting reputed company statutory deadlines. You will also support reputed company workplace investigations, conducting interviews, gathering evidence and producing reputed company, reputed company reputed company reports that reputed company fair and informed reputed company.
  • You will reputed company procedural support across employee relations cases and organisational change, preparing documentation, attending meetings as notetaker and ensuring processes reputed company with employment law, ACAS guidance and Trust policy. You will triage incoming queries, escalating to the Employment Solicitor as appropriate.
