Designs and administers proactive programs and procedures related to employee relations activities. Provides guidance, counselling and training to managers and employees for policy interpretation and sensitive work-related issues. Investigates formal employee complaints and recommends the company’s response to the employee. Ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability. May respond to EEOC charges and claims.

We are seeking an Employee Relations expert to join our Employee Relations team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations issues and investigations; advising and counseling managers and employees regarding key employment policies, complex leave/disability issues,and performance management;using data to inform decisions and company initiatives, advising/counseling managers and employees, and helping guide the organization toward a more proactive employee relations landscape. Our Employee Relations team is an independent group within our Human Resources function, with a high level of credibility, professionalism, and risk mitigation responsibility.
Other Job Responsibilities
Investigate employee relations concerns, including complaints of unfair treatment contrary to Lam's policies, retaliation and other work-related issues; advise managers on how to manage workplace concerns, recommend appropriate resolution of complaints and monitor results.
