Job summary

Iris Software Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Engagement Specialist to drive employee engagement programs for consultants across the US and Canada, and to support their lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing experience.

The role collaborates with internal HR, Finance and Operations, ensures timely responses, maintains documentation, and uses Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS tools. EST hours alignment is expected for global coordination.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with consultants across the US and Canada.
• Mandatory experience working with the US geography and market.
• Strong working knowledge of HR & Finance processes in vendor-based organizations.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS tools is a plus.

• Ensure timely coordination with stakeholders across time zones (EST working hours required).
