Job summary

Randstad in India is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Consultant to lead care for critically ill patients in the emergency department, ICU, and other critical care settings.

The role requires 8-18 years of experience and an MEM/MD degree, with strong expertise in critical care and ICU management.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stay current with evidence-based practices, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.

Qualifications

• 8-18 years of experience as an Emergency Medicine Consultant or equivalent role.
• MEM / MD degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of critical care medicine including ICU management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the emergency department, ICU, and other critical care settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Assess patients' medical histories, perform exams, and order/interpret tests to diagnose and manage conditions.
• Stay up-to-date with latest research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
