Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants is seeking a QA Engineer with a strong background in embedded testing to perform end-to-end System Integration Testing. The role requires Python expertise and hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as PyTest and Robot Framework.

You will work on testing embedded systems, subsystems, and release QA, ensuring robust defect analysis and integration across hardware and software interfaces. On-site Pune location preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded testing and QA for end-to-end systems.
• Proficiency in Python with automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems testing, defect analysis and release QA.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

Role & responsibilities

• Embedded testing, quality assurance, and end-to-end System Integration Testing.
• Proven experience with Python, with Automation Frameworks like PyTest, Robot, etc.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems testing, Integration testing, subsystem validation, defect analysis, and release quality assurance.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in developing automated test scripts using Python.
• Experience with embedded system development/testing tools, integration test benches, simulators, HIL/SIL environments, and debugging instruments.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, BitBucket).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
