Job summary

Ci4 - Autonomous Intelligence is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer (Firmware) in Bengaluru. You will own firmware for a multi-sensor underwater device with 4K cameras, sonar, IMU, and other sensors, and be responsible for board bring-up and peripheral drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware for multi-sensor underwater devices (4K cameras, sonar, IMU, sensors).
• Handle board bring-up and peripheral drivers (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet).
• Develop RTOS and bare-metal code on ARM Cortex MCUs.
• Manage power and battery systems.

Embedded Systems Engineer (Firmware) | Bengaluru, on-site | 4+ years

What you will own:

• Firmware for a multi-sensor underwater device: 4K cameras, sonar, 9-DOF IMU, bathymetry sensors, etc.
• Board bring-up and peripheral drivers: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet
• RTOS and bare-metal development on ARM Cortex class MCUs
• Power and battery management
• EMI/EMC and environmental qualification support (MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, JSS 55555)
• Factory and field acceptance testing alongside the customer

You have:

• 4+ years shipping embedded products, strong C (C++ a plus)
• At least one product you personally took from prototype to production
• Bench skills: JTAG/SWD debug, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, reading schematics, basic soldering
• Bonus: imaging or video pipelines, embedded Linux, DSP, marine or defence systems
