Job summary

ALTEN India is seeking engineers to develop tools using MATLAB and Python for retrieving, processing and aggregating data from internal and third‑party resources to aid in vehicle optimization.

You will develop cutting edge software and analytical solutions to tackle electrified propulsion system challenges and improve the customer experience of advanced electrified vehicles, and integrate tools to support both simulation and real‑world data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools using MATLAB and Python to retrieve, process and aggregate data for vehicle optimization.
• Create cutting edge software and analytical solutions for electrified propulsion system challenges.
• Integrate software and analytical tools to process simulation and real-world data.
• Create unit tests to ensure robustness across compute environments.
• Develop standardized reports, metrics and visualisations for multiple use cases.
• Use GitHub to maintain software traceability and document code, data and processes.

• Develop tools using MATLAB, Python for retrieving, processing and aggregating data from a variety of different and internal 3rd party data resources to aid in vehicle optimization.
• Develop cutting edge software and analytical solutions to solve complex electrified propulsion system challenges and improve customer experience of advanced electrified vehicles.
• Integrate software and analytical tools to support processing and analysis of both simulation and real-world data.
• Create and maintain unit tests of core software functionality to ensure robustness across different compute environments.
• Create standardized report tools, metrics and visualisations to support different use cases.
• Use version control systems (Github) to maintain software traceability and perform documentation of code, data and process.
