• Experience in C++ and embedded software development.
• Knowledge of ARM/microcontrollers, RTOS and networking protocols (TCP/IP, CAN).
• Certifications: AWS SAA and IoT expertise.
• Cloud computing and LAN/WAN networking familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded hardware development: PCB design, firmware, materials selection and in-house testing.
• Oversee embedded software development: study, transfer to multi-modular architecture, installations, and data management.
• Drive product development with continuous feature improvisation for customer solutions.
• Deliver projects with zero bugs and on-time to enable repeat business.

Job Description

Purpose and Value Proposition of the Role

This is an exciting role in the Product Development and IoT space which is expected to be a multi billion dollar industry in India. With few credible players in the Industrial space of IoT, Neptunus is well positioned to be a leading solution provider and system integrator. Key Results and Activities

• Embedded Hardware Development
  1. PCB Designing, Firmware development, Specifications and material selection
  2. Development & Testing of the hardware.(In House)
  3. Deployment & supporting.
• Embedded Software Development
  1. Study and Document the existing software
  2. It will contain evaluation and transfer of software to MultiModular Architecture
  3. It will consist of software installation on embedded systems.
  4. It will be continuous customer support & data management
• Product Development
  1. Product Development -Continuous Improvisation of the features of existing products to customize best solutions to customers.
• Contribution
  1. Deliver project with zero bugs and in timeline to enable repeat customer mode.

Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours the Candidate Should Possess

1. Technical Skills

• Experience in: C++ and Developing software for embedded systems.(M)
• Knowledge Of: Network Architecture, Embedded type of CPU (mainly ARM and microcontroller), RTOS software, Version Management tools like Git, communication protocols like TCP/IP, Socket, CAN (M)
• Certifications: AWS SAA(Solution Architect Associate), IoT (N)
• Technology: Cloud computing, creating LAN WAN networks. (N)

2. Behaviors Required

• Communication: Should be able to read AutoCad drawings and write reports in English.(N)
• Make presentations in PPT (M)
• Behavioral Traits: Strong teamwork and ability to delegate work to construction team(M)
