Job summary

Embedded SW_Driver_Development is seeking engineers to join the team to develop and optimize embedded software drivers for a range of hardware components. You will work on C/Embedded Linux drivers, PCIe subsystems, and Yocto-based builds, contributing to performance optimization and hardware bring-up.

Ideal candidates have 4–12 years of embedded software experience, strong C programming and Linux skills, and familiarity with multimedia drivers such as Vaapi and GStreamer for decoding/encoding

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of embedded software development experience.
• Proficiency in C programming and embedded Linux.
• Experience with PCIe subsystem and driver development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize embedded software drivers for various hardware components.
• C programming for embedded targets.
• Work with Embedded Linux environments and ensure driver stability.
• Implement and optimize PCIe subsystems and DMA drivers.
• Handle board bring-up and hardware bring-up activities.
• Utilize Yocto for build and integration.
• Work with IOMMU concepts for memory management and isolation.
• Optimize performance of drivers and subsystems.
• Collaborate with teams requiring strong communication skills.
• Develop Audio, I2S Protocol, and multimedia drivers (Vaapi, GStreamer, ffmpeg) for decoding/encoding (H264/HEVC/AV1/VP9).
• Handle other PCI Subsystem drivers as needed.
