Job summary

Posimind Consulting LLP in Pune, Maharashtra, India seeks an experienced Embedded Software Lead to mentor a small team and stay hands-on. You will develop and debug Embedded C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M/STM32 controllers, work with microcontrollers, sensors, actuators and motor-control related systems, and integrate software with desktop applications.

Strong Linux, Python, testing and automotive embedded background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Embedded C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M/STM32 platforms and real-time systems.
• Hands-on development with embedded software, Linux-based tools and testing.
• Strong technical leadership with experience guiding small engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of software developers.
• Remain hands-on technically in a primarily technical role.
• Develop and debug Embedded C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M/STM32 controllers.

• Integrate embedded software with desktop/application software.

• Conduct and lead code reviews and ensure best practices.

• Follow Agile/Scrum and contribute to planning.
• Troubleshoot hardware-software integration and performance issues.

• Develop desktop, CLI and automation/testing applications using technologies such as Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Participate in software architecture, design, coding and debugging.
