Job summary

People Prime Worldwide in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced embedded software expert to shape architecture for RTOS and system software on Cortex-M based MCUs. You will design and integrate complex firmware across hardware platforms.

The role emphasizes bootloader and microkernel development, device drivers, and hands-on debugging of embedded software; RTOS exposure is a plus, with preference for automotive/semiconductor firmware backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Expert in design and architecture for RTOS and system software.
• Proven experience in bootloader, microkernel, device drivers, and integration.
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming.
• Hands-on experience in device driver development.
• Experience in development and debugging of embedded software.
• Exposure to RTOS is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Automotive/Semiconductor/Embedded/Firmware domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect RTOS-based system software for Cortex-M MCUs.
• Develop bootloaders, microkernels, and device drivers.
• Integrate embedded software across hardware platforms.
• Implement and debug embedded C code with strong focus on reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in automotive/semiconductor domains.
