Job summary

Tekskills in India is seeking an embedded software engineer to drive end-to-end module development and own critical driver and firmware tasks. You will work on Ethernet, PCIe, I2C and UART drivers, bootloaders, and Linux-based embedded systems, with hands-on debugging and hardware awareness.

The role requires strong collaboration with global teams, experience in board bring-up, and reading schematics/datasheets to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Development experience with Ethernet, PCIe, I2C and UART drivers.
• Expertise in bootloader and firmware development including board bring-up.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/embedded OS.
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets and debug on board.
• Experience with requirements analysis to testing in a process-driven development.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to drive module development independently.

• Technology: Embedded Software
• Drivers such as Ethernet, PCIe, I2C, UART etc development experience using C
• Bootloader Development
• Firmware Development (including Board bringup)
• Linux / Embedded OS
• Knowledge of Hardware understanding schematics-datasheets, debugging on board.
• Experience of Process based Development (from Requirements analysis to Testing)
• Strong Debug skills
• Independently Drive overall development for Module, Interact with global teams

Optional : Automotive domain related experience, AVB, gPTP, mSRP, Avdecc protocols
