Job summary

Harita Techserv seeks an experienced Embedded Firmware Developer to design and develop firmware for industrial actuation products, covering firmware architecture, software development, testing, and product integration in a global engineering environment.

Requirements: 7–12 years in Embedded Firmware, strong Embedded C/C++, 32‑bit MCUs with RTOS, and hands‑on use of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and USB.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Embedded Firmware Development.
• Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++ and firmware architecture.
• Experience with 32‑bit Microcontrollers (STM, NXP, Microchip) and RTOS.
• Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and USB.
• Knowledge of Device Drivers, Motor Drivers, firmware integration, and testing.
• Exposure to IoT, wireless technologies (HART, Zigbee, LoRa, NFC), and EMI/EMC requirements.
• Experience in firmware design, debugging, and structured software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Candidates from non-automotive backgrounds only (Industrial Automation, Process Control, Industrial Electronics, Medical Devices, Energy, or similar industries preferred).
