Job summary
Mployee.me in Pune, Hinjawadi, seeks a Software Development Engineer with 4–10 years of hands-on coding to design, develop and maintain scalable software systems. You will lead a small team, contribute to architecture decisions and ensure timely delivery.
You should be strong in C/C++, Linux, and data structures, familiar with CI/CD and modern development tools. The role is primarily on-site (WFH possible only in exceptional cases) with opportunities to mentor peers and shape technical direction.
Qualifications
- 4–10 years of hands-on coding experience.
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality software systems.
- Lead a team of developers and contribute to architecture and delivery.
- Strong in C++, C, shell scripting, and OO design.
- Experience with Linux and networking protocols.
- Familiar with GitLab, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Jira and Confluence.
- On-site role (100%) with WFH only in exceptional cases.

We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer with 4-10 years of hands-on coding experience to join our Client. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems, lead a team of developers, and contribute to overall system architecture and delivery.
- Design and develop scalable software solutions

- Strong in C++, C, shell scripting, and object-oriented design
- Experience with CI/CD, code deployment, and debugging from scratch is a good to have
- Experience with Embedded Software ownership
- Strong Experience with Linux and networking protocols
- Proficient in data structures, algorithms, Linux, and SQL
- Familiar with GitLab, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Jenkins is a plus
- Excellent communication and code refactoring skills
