Job summary

Blue Ocean Systems Infotech in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Embedded Engineer to lead the design of imaging and sensing systems for industrial cameras, LiDAR, and embedded compute platforms. You will own sensor configuration, calibration, and real-time data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions under harsh conditions, using C++/Python and NVIDIA Jetson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics, Robotics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years' experience in computer vision hardware or embedded imaging systems.
• Strong expertise in industrial cameras, optics, illumination, and high-speed data acquisition.
• Experience with INS/GNSS and LiDAR integration is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in C++/Python for low-level device control and data streaming.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson, x86, or FPGA-based systems.

• Own prototyping, field validation, and performance optimization for mobile and harsh conditions.
• Integrate hardware with real-time acquisition pipelines (C++/Python, camera SDKs, CUDA/Jetson).
• Evaluate new technologies and lead PoC development.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
