Job summary

People10 Technologies Inc. is seeking an Email Marketing Associate-Sales to drive targeted email campaigns from Bengaluru (Hybrid).

With 5–7 years in B2B email marketing, you will collaborate with Sales and BD to tailor outreach by industry, manage lists and content, and ensure measurable lead generation and compliant campaigns. The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional coordination, and a hands-on approach with major tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, and SalesLoft.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on B2B email marketing experience in IT services.
• Proficient with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo).
• Understanding of US and international B2B buyer personas.
• Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and own campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing and tracking.
• Maintain and enrich high-quality email prospect databases using automation and research tools.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Development to tailor outreach by industry and persona.
• Drive lead generation with a target of consistent MQLs monthly.
• Monitor analytics and dashboards, recommending improvements to maximize response and conversions.

• Conduct periodic competitor and market research to refine targeting strategies.
• Improve deliverability and sender reputation through database hygiene.

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing & tracking performance
• Maintain and enrich high-quality email prospect databases using automation and research tools
• Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to customize outreach strategies by industry and persona
• Ensure consistent achievement of lead generation goals (Minimum 5–6 MQLs per month)
• Monitor campaign analytics and performance dashboards, recommending improvements to maximize response and conversion rates
• Ensure compliance with global email policies (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices
• Conduct periodic competitor and market research to refine targeting strategies
• Improve deliverability and sender reputation through continuous database hygiene

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on B2B email marketing experience in IT services (Mandatory)
• Strong command of email marketing tools such as MailChimp, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, etc. Proven ability to deliver consistent pipeline contribution and meet MQL targets
• Good knowledge of US and international B2B buyer personas
• Excellent analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
• Strong coordination abilities across cross‑functional teams
