Job summary

Sterling & Wilson in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced ELV site supervisor to oversee the installation and integration of CCTV, access control, cabling, fiber optics, PA and related ELV systems on data center projects.

You will review layouts, shop drawings, and submittals; coordinate with MEP teams; monitor progress and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution per approved methods.

Qualifications

• 510 years of experience in ELV installation and execution, preferably in data center construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, and other ELV systems.
• Ability to interpret ELV layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, quality inspections, and coordination with multiple MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute ELV system installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Review ELV layouts, shop drawings, schematics, and technical submittals before execution.
• Coordinate with electrical, IT, civil, security, and other MEP teams for interface management.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, inspection procedures, safety requirements, and approved method statements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, system integration, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
• Maintain inspection reports, testing records, as-built drawings, and punch-list closure documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project management teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely execution.
