Job summary

Td Engg is seeking an experienced professional in Chennai to design ELV systems for Airports and other commercial projects. The role requires 6-8 years of experience and expertise in systems like CCTV, Access control, and Building management systems. A relevant certification in IT Passive & Active is required. The candidate will also manage consultants and ensure successful implementation of technologies. Knowledge of international codes and technical specifications is important.

Job description

6-8 years of experience in design of ELV systems in Airports, Commercial spaces like Offices/IT buildings, Public spaces like stadiums, malls, Hotels, Convention centre, Hospitals and data centre projects

Design of ELV systems (FAS, ACS, BMS, EPABX, LAN/WAN, CCTV, PA System etc.) in various buildings.

Must be able to independently design & detailed engineering of CCTV system, Access control system, Security systems, Hospital nurse call systems, Hospital management systems, Building management systems, Public address system.

Knowledge in Data centre, Telecom rooms, Server room, BHS server, AODB, NOCC room design as per ISO standards.

Coordinate with BIM/CAD Technicians concerning project requirements and timelines in form of memorandum or sketches/mark-ups.

Manage consultants, client, contractors and system integrators to ensure the successful implementation and commissioning of the ICT infrastructures and Airport systems.

Any certification related to IT Passive & Active (RCDD, CCDA, JNCDA, etc.) and ELV systems.

Good knowledge on technical specification, design calculation and analysis of the requirements of all the ELV and ICT systems. The person who has software knowledge of the systems will have an added advantage.

Knowledge of national/international codes pertaining to these systems & capable of sharing the input requirements for these airport systems to architect, structure, electrical, security systems & mechanical.

Understanding of Network Protocols, Server Hardware, Storage & interface with other Services.

Responsible for structured cabling design validation and finalization of connectivity solutions to Equipment Rooms / Technology Rooms.

Knowledge in Airport ICT System related design will be added advantage.
