Job summary

Assystem India is seeking a skilled ELV BIM modeller to develop and manage detailed 3D models for ICT, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Building Management Systems in Revit. You will coordinate with Architects and MEP teams to ensure clash-free, compliant designs.

Role requires ITI/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and familiarity with BIM standards. Knowledge of Navisworks or similar tools is a plus. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Gurugram, India.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics required.
• Experience with ELV systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 is preferred.

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for ICT, CCTV, Fire Alarm and ELV systems in Revit.
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural and MEP disciplines to integrate ELV designs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling: Develop and manage detailed 3D models for ICT, Security (CCTV, Access Control), Fire Alarm, Public Address, Audio-Visual, and Building Management Systems (BMS) in Revit.
• Coordination: Work with Architects, Structural Engineers, and other MEP disciplines (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) to integrate ELV systems and ensure clash-free designs.
• Clash Detection: Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools, managing issues and providing solutions.
• Documentation: Create high-quality drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical reports (shop drawings, as-builts).
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure designs meet project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and relevant international codes (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ISO 19650).
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with engineers, clients, and project teams, participating in design meetings and providing technical input.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct self-checks and quality control for ELV BIM outputs, mentoring junior modelers.
