Foremost Meditech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking technicians to analyze and diagnose complex PCBs, reverse-engineer layouts, and identify failures. The role involves troubleshooting electronic hardware such as microcontrollers, pumps, pressure switches, and sensors, with emphasis on precise soldering of SMD and through-hole components.

You will use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators to test repaired items and maintain thorough repair documentation for traceability and quality control.

Aufgaben

• PCB Analysis & Diagnostic: Read, study, and reverse-engineer complex Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layouts and schematics to understand their functionality or identify failures.
• Component-Level Troubleshooting: Inspect, test, and repair diverse electronic hardware including microcontrollers, electronic pumps, pressure switches, sensors, and resistance tips.
• Testing & Quality Control: Use diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators) to evaluate the performance of incoming and repaired electronic items.
• Component Handling: Perform precision soldering, desoldering, and replacement of surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole components without damaging the boards.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain clear records of component faults, circuit modifications, and repair methodologies.
