Job description

Maersk is looking for a competent Electrician with relevant seagoing experience, willing to be trained, challenged and expand their knowledge onboard our technically advanced container vessels with the best and latest machinery.

Recruitment Criteria:

• At least 9 months* seatime experience as Electrical Cadet/Junior Electrician on Container vessels
• At least 5 months seatime* experience as independent Electrical Engineer on other types of vessels

Key Responsibilities:

• The Electrician is required to assist the Electrical Engineer in all his / her responsibilities.
• The Electrician must perform all tasks related to reefers and other electrical / electronic installations under the direction of the Electrical Engineer and / or Chief Engineer.
