Job summary

Right Advisors Private Limited is a human resource consulting and staffing organization providing recruitment and HR services. We seek a skilled Electrical Installation professional to install DC/AC cables, modules, SCBs, transformers, and safety systems for solar PV projects.

You will read SLDs, test circuits, and support commissioning, fault rectification, and safety compliance on site. The role focuses on field installation and testing of HT/LT equipment, earthing, and protection systems,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of solar PV electrical systems.
• Experience in cable laying, termination, and panel wiring.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers (Megger), and clamp meters.
• Understanding of HT/LT electrical systems and earthing.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong awareness of electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install DC and AC cables for solar PV systems.
• Carry out cable laying, termination, glanding, and ferruling.
• Install solar modules, string combiner boxes (SCBs), junction boxes, and inverter connections.
• Install transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, and associated electrical equipment.
• Perform earthing and lightning protection system installation.
• Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and polarity tests.
• Support testing and commissioning of inverters, transformers, and electrical panels.
• Identify and rectify electrical faults during installation and commissioning.
