Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of LT systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of LT panels, DBs, MCCs, switchgear, and transformers.
• Attend electrical breakdowns, power failures, and complaints to minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, fixtures, and small power systems.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of DG sets, UPS, and earthing networks.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections and ensure compliance with PPE and permit-to-work.
• Read and interpret SLDs and as-built drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of LT panels, Distribution Boards (DBs), MCCs, switchgear, and transformers.
• Attend to electrical breakdowns, power failures, and complaints promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical wiring, fixtures, and small power systems.
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, and earthing networks.
• Conduct periodic inspections related to electrical safety, earthing systems, and insulation resistance.
• Maintain daily logbooks for electrical readings, complaints, maintenance activities, and shift handovers.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors during major repairs, shutdowns, and electrical works.
• Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards, use of PPE, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Read, understand, and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and as-built electrical drawings.

Educational Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical from a Government-recognized institute.

Professional Experience
