Job summary

Abilitybase Solutions seeks a maintenance technician to perform controlled assembly, wiring, component fitment, and torque operations for lithium-ion battery modules and BESS products according to SOPs.

You will conduct visual and electrical checks, track materials, and strictly follow ESD, PPE, and EHS safety standards. An ITI in Electrical/Electronics with 0–2 years industrial experience is preferred, with exposure to battery storage, BESS, or power electronics considered a plus.

Qualifications

• ITI in Electrical/Electronics required or 0–2 years industrial experience
• Experience with hand tools, wiring, and SOP adherence preferred
• Exposure to battery storage, BESS, or power electronics is a plus
