Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our space-mechanics instrumentation team in India. You will design, develop, and integrate instrumentation systems and sensors, focusing on analog circuits and harnessing for launch vehicle projects.

You will work on design, simulation, testing, and validation, collaborating with experienced engineers to ensure reliability and performance in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering.
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in analog circuit design, instrumentation, and harnessing.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Instrumentation Design & Development: Design, develop, and integrate instrumentation systems and sensors (e.g., pressure, temperature, vibration, etc.).


• Analog Circuit Design: Design, simulate, test, and troubleshoot analog circuits such as valve drives, filters, and signal conditioning circuits.


• Harnessing & Wiring Systems: Design electrical harnesses, including cable selection, routing, connector integration, and interface planning.


• Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans, oversee assembly, and ensure system functionality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.


• Experience: 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in analog circuit design, instrumentation, and harnessing.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of analog electronics (amplifiers, filters, ADCs, DACs, etc.).


• Proficient in circuit simulation/design tools such as SPICE, LTspice, and Altium.


• Experience using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Zuken) for harness layouts, wire routing, and connector selection.


• Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.


• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
