Responsibilities

• Review service calls and manage repairs.
• Manage safety programs and follow SOPs.
• Conduct random site visits to ensure compliance.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines laid by the company.
• Maintain knowledge of electrical panels (MNC & Local).
• Oversee safety, code of conduct, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Plan callbacks with service team members.
• Analyze breakdowns to identify recurring defects.
• Monthly review of unresolved/ repeat complaints.
• Distribute workload among manpower and supervise their work.
• Maintain data sheets and submit reports to senior.
• Lead a team of electrical and commissioning engineers and subcontractors.
• Site visits to ensure alignment with target dates and identify problems.
• Build customer relationships and resolve disputes (technical or commercial).
• Develop and execute performance management of the team.
