Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced engineering professional in Gujarat for the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment. The role requires hands-on maintenance of transformers, motors, switchgears, and capacitors, with exposure to preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance and strong client coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering with suitable years of experience, and be proficient in MS Office and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Qualification options include Diploma in EEE (6–8 years) or BE/B.Tech in EEE with required experience.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of electrical equipment is essential.
• Hands-on experience in preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance.
• Manpower and customer management exposure is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical inspectorate statutory requirements is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are expected.
• Coordination with client, HQ and stakeholders is required.
• Basic MS Office knowledge is needed.
• Root cause analysis for failures should be demonstrated.
• Experience with CMMS implementation and monitoring is a plus.

• BE/B.Tech (EEE) with min of 4 years and maximum of 6 years’ experience.
• Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Having a keen experience in O&M of Various capacity Transformers, HT & LT motors, HT & LT switchgears, Capacitors etc.,
• Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance
• Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
• Thorough Knowledge in statutory requirement of electrical inspectorate.
• Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
• Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
• Basic operation knowledge in MS office.
• Root cause analysis for the failures.
• Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system.
