Job summary

PeopleStrong in Gujarat, India seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to manage operation and maintenance of electrical equipment. Candidates with BE/EEE (4–6 years) or Diploma in EEE (6–8 years) are eligible, with strong hands-on experience in transformers, motors, switchgears, and capacitors.

The role emphasizes preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance, manpower and customer management, and adherence to electrical inspectorate regulations, alongside CMMS and MS Office

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or BE/B.Tech in EEE with required experience.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with transformers, HT/LT motors, switchgear, capacitors.
• Experience in preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance.
• Exposure to manpower and customer management.
• Knowledge of electrical inspectorate regulations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS and MS Office.
• Root cause analysis capabilities.
• Coordination with clients, HQ and stakeholders.

• Candidate might be having qualification of either diploma in EEE with 6-8 years(OR)
• BE/B.Tech (EEE) with min of 4 years and maximum of 6 years’ experience.
• Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Having a keen experiencein O&M of Various capacity Transformers, HT & LT motors, HT & LT switchgears, Capacitors etc.,
• Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance
• Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
• Thorough Knowledge in statutory requirement of electrical inspectorate.
• Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
• Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
• Basic operation knowledge in MS office.
• Root cause analysis for the failures.
• Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system.
