• 510 years of relevant experience in electrical operation and maintenance.
• Experience in Coal Handling Plant, mining, power plant, cement, steel, bulk material handling or other heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor electrical operation and maintenance activities across the CHP.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of electrical equipment and systems.
• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT systems and CHP electrical equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, MCCs, PCCs, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, VFDs, soft starters, APFC panels and associated equipment.
• Monitor electrical systems associated with crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders, stackers/reclaimers and other material handling equipment.
• Analyze electrical breakdowns and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment criticality and operating conditions.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and within the scheduled time.
• Review electrical drawings, SLDs, equipment manuals and technical documents.
• Monitor electrical parameters and identify abnormal trends that could lead to equipment failure.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Instrumentation, Operations and Safety teams for integrated plant maintenance.
