Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in EV/automotive wiring design.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering required.
• Design and development of wiring harness and DC-DC converter for EV programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of wiring harness and DC-DC converter for EV programs.
• Define harness topology, manufacturing process, fuse/relay configuration, power distribution requirements.
• Prepare electrical system SOR, schematics, and design documentation.
• Develop vehicle wiring harness design including routing, connector selection, and protection strategy.
• Coordinate with suppliers for harness drawings, schematics, and prototype builds.
• Ensure integration of battery, motor controller, charger, DC-DC, ECU clusters.
• Support selection, integration and validation of DC-DC converters for EV applications.
• Ensure HV to LV power conversion reliability for vehicle systems.
• Support vehicle-level electrical system validation and troubleshooting.
• Analyze test data and provide root cause analysis for electrical failures.

1. Support development of vehicle electrical wiring harness including HV and LV power distribution systems and DC DC.

2. Define harness topology, manufacturing process, fuse and relay configuration, power distribution requirements.
