Job summary

iQuest Management Consulatns is seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsman / CAD Technician in Gujarat. The role requires 2–9 years of electrical drafting experience and strong AutoCAD skills to create layouts for lighting, power, and ELV/IT systems.

The candidate will prepare wiring diagrams, collaborate with electrical engineers, and maintain organized drawing sets in accordance with project standards. Revit exposure is a plus, and ITI/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–9 years of relevant experience in electrical drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (latest version).

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed layouts for lighting, raw power, cable trays, earthing, LPS, and ELV/IT systems with minimal design input.
• Create wiring diagrams and circuit schedules in coordination with the design team.
• Work closely with electrical engineers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and integration of services.
• Maintain and organize project drawing sets in line with company and project standards.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsman / CAD Technician with 2–9 years of experience in electrical drafting within consulting engineering or architectural firms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in AutoCAD and have a strong understanding of electrical systems and design documentation.
