Job summary

GLOINNT Solutions seeks an Electrical Designer with Oil & Gas project experience. You will create detailed electrical design layouts, update schematics and SLDs for metering and protection.

You will guide a small drafting team, supervise draftsmen, and coordinate with CSA for supports, lighting, grounding, and area classifications, using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, SP3D and 3D modelling tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oil & Gas projects is essential.
• Ability to guide draftsmen and coordinate with CSA for supports.
• Proficient in CAD tools and electrical design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed electrical design layouts and update schematics.
• Prepare SLDs for metering and protection.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and IDC/3D model updates.
• Oversee draftsmen and provide guidance on drawings.

Job description

Electrical Designer ( experience with Oil & Gas projects) profile required.

Create detailed electrical design layouts, update schematics, SLDs preparation for metering & protection.

Candidate must be able to handle few draftsmen, guide them & must have working experience in below Electrical activities:

• Cable tray layouts, power layouts, detail drawings, coordination with CSA for supports.
• Lighting system design, layouts, DB schedule, circuiting, Fixture selection as per classified area.
• Electrical equipment layout, Grounding layout, Lightning protection layout.
• CCTV/ Access control/ Telephone/ Public address layouts.
• Exposure to Hazardous area requirements.
• Electrical BOQ/ BOM Preparation.
• Coordination with other disciplines, IDC, 3D model update.
• Autocad / Microstation / Revit / SP3D / 3D Modelling tools
