Transformers & Rectifiers in Ahmedabad, India seeks an Electrical Design Engineer responsible for cost effective designs for DT/PT/IFT transformers, preparation of tendering documentation and BOM. You will troubleshoot design issues in plant and coordinate with mechanical and purchasing teams to kick off drawings.

To prepare cost effective designs for DT/PT/IFT Electrical work
To prepare tendering documentation / work order of DT/PT/IFT transformers.
Troubleshoot electrical design related issues in plant
To provide input to mechanical department to start with mechanical drawing
To provide training to electrical design team
Rework and failure analysis as and when required
Making Bill of Material (BOM) for procurement of high value order or key customers
To attend design review meetings with customer & internal customers
To allocate work to team members and monitor the same
To lead, develop, guide & motive team members
