Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Ahmedabad seeks an Engineer for Electrical Design who can generate detailed drawings and manage international projects. The role requires 5–7 years of experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

The candidate will work with E-Plan (P8) for schematics, develop macros to improve efficiency, and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in electrical design.
• Experience with international projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate electrical project drawings and layout drawings as per international standards
• Handle electrical engineering projects independently for international customers
• Work on E-Plan software (P8 2.4 and above preferred) for schematic and design activities
• Create E-Plan macros to reduce drawing cycle time and improve efficiency
• Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams
• Work in PLM environment and remote desktop applications
• Ensure quality, delivery timelines, and estimated engineering hours are achieved
• Support customers with E-Plan parameters and technical discussions
• Work in virtual project environments without physical panel access
• Visit customer sites whenever required for project support
