The Electrical Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvalla. The engineer will develop electrical system designs and detailed engineering deliverables for industrial projects and substations, including single-line diagrams, layouts, cable sizing, and equipment specifications. Daily responsibilities include performing calculations, preparing design documents, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. The role involves coordinating with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and external stakeholders, as well as supporting technical reviews, design optimization, and resolution of site or project issues. The engineer may also contribute to training materials or sessions, sharing practical design insights to support the institute’s educational offerings.
