Job summary

Rsk India Engineering Centre in Haryana is seeking an Electrical/Senior Electrical Design engineer for Water & Waste Water projects. You will handle electrical design for WWTPs, design control, monitoring and telemetry systems, instrumentation, and main electrical supply systems.

You will also prepare technical schedules, data sheets, and perform engineering calculations such as hydraulic and pump calculations, mass balance, and ensure subcontractor specifications meet MAS standards.

Qualifications

• Water/Wastewater experience is required.
• Electrical design for Water &Wastewater treatment plants.
• Design of control, monitoring and telemetry systems.
• Design of instrumentation systems.
• Electrical installation systems including hazardous areas.

Responsibilities

• Escalate time/cost/quality issues to Technical Manager.

Electrical/Senior Electrical Design (Water & Waste Water)

Responsibilities Include:

Candidate from Water/Waste Water Exp Can Apply Only

• Electrical design associated with Water & Wastewater treatment plants


• Design of control, monitoring and telemetry systems


• Design of instrumentation systems


• Design of main incoming electrical supply systems


• Design of electrical installation systems (including hazardous areas)


• Technical schedules and data sheets. o Engineering calculations (hydraulic calculations, pump calculations, mass balance calculation, RICS calculations, etc.).


• Particular specifications for engineering sub contracts. o Working closely with the supply chain and performing technical bid analysis of their designs. v


• Ensure all technical work is undertaken to the correct standards & specifications. Ensure the requirements of MAS are adhered to & offer challenge when applicable.


• Be responsible for maintaining your own quality and consistency of all process engineering technical documents.


• Work with the relevant Senior Engineer/Peers and/or the Discipline Head to ensure that all technical deliverables are properly checked and approved.


• Communicate effectively at all relevant levels to ensure that the need to deliver technical excellence is understood and implemented. Escalate issues that may impact on time/cost/quality to the Technical Manager before they become problems or exceed agreed timescales
