Job summary

Peer To Peer Hr Services is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with an Electrical engineering degree/diploma and hands-on experience in switchgear, cables, and panel layouts. The role focuses on electrical design practices across projects in a global engineering setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar environment, is familiar with IS/IEC standards, and can utilize E3 ZUKEN, Teamcenter, and NX for schematic design and 3D cabinet layouts.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree/diploma in Electrical engineering.
• Experience in a global engineering environment (3+ years).
• Sizing/selection of switchgear and cables experience.
• Knowledge of electrical panel layout (General Arrangement).
• Experience designing motor starters, MCCs and PCCs.
• Familiarity with VFD selection and wiring.
• Understanding IS & IEC electrical standards.

Engineering degree/ diploma on Electrical engineering

Good command on sizing and selection of switchgears & Cables

Knowledge in electrical panel layout (General Arrangement)

Knowledge of designing different motor starters, MCCs & PCCs

Knowledge of VFD selection, it's wiring

Knowledge of cable design & wire harness drawing

Fair Idea about electrical Standard i.e. IS & IEC

Good to have Skills: -

Experience from similar industry.

Experience (3+ years) in similar global engineering environment.

Expertise in E3 ZUKEN software to develop electrical schematic design & cabinet layout

Knowledge of basic Automation & designing Instrumentation in accordance with that

Working experience on a PLM environment (Team Center) & basic knowledge of 3D software (NX).
