Larsen & Toubro in Gujarat, India is seeking a SHE Manager to implement and monitor Safety, Health & Environment requirements at the project level, ensuring compliance with L&T standards, statutory requirements, and client needs. You will lead the project SHE team, identify hazards, assess risks, conduct inspections, audits, and reviews, and ensure adherence to permit systems and emergency plans.

You will coordinate training, maintain records, and drive a proactive safety culture.

Formación

• Any Graduate with Govt. recognized full-time Diploma in Safety.
• 5 years of work experience in a full-fledged SHE department.
• Experience leading a SHE team and coordinating across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the Project SHE Plan, procedures and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate the project SHE team.
• Identify hazards, assess risks and ensure effective controls.
• Conduct SHE inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Monitor high-risk activities and enforce permits.
• Ensure timely incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
• Implement emergency preparedness plans and drills.
• Coordinate SHE training, inductions, toolbox talks and competency programs.
• Monitor SHE performance, KPIs and statutory compliance.
• Promote proactive SHE culture and workforce participation.
• Coordinate with management, clients, contractors and authorities on SHE matters.
• Maintain required SHE records, reports, permits and documentation.
