Qualifications

• Plan, implement and monitor site-specific EHS activities.
• Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).
• Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices.
• Maintain compliance with safety laws, standards and contract requirements.
• Organize safety inductions and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site EHS plans, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws, standards, and contract requirements.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for all activities.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting, working at height, confined space, excavation.
• Maintain all statutory registers, permits, and licenses.
• Conduct safety induction for new employees and workers.
• Organize toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness campaigns.
• Report, investigate, and analyze accidents and near misses; implement CAPA.
• Maintain incident records and submit reports to management.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of emergency equipment.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
