• Conduct research on educational trends and best practices.
• Analyse performance data of questions and identify trends.
• Create and maintain reports on educational research.
• Conduct student interviews and create remediation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, including those for the Education Specialists.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Education Specialists in the team.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of work produced by the team.
• Manage projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on educational technology and trends.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Humanities subject, education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in creating assessments in Social Science. Experience with history subject is mandatory.
• Background in teaching or working in ed tech (preferred).
• Willing to work from office 3 days a week. Should be from Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
