Job summary

Educational Initiatives Pvt Limited in Bengaluru seeks a proactive Education Project Lead to drive and manage educational projects end-to-end. You will develop and deliver content and assessments, conduct research on trends, and create reports to guide decision making.

You will analyse question performance data to identify insights, conduct student interviews, and design remediation strategies. The role requires collaboration with teachers, parents, and stakeholders and mentoring Education

Qualifications

• Master's degree in humanities, education, curriculum and instruction or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience creating assessments in Social Science; history required.
• Experience in teaching or edtech preferred; Bangalore relocation required.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Humanities subject, education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in creating assessments in Social Science. Experience with history subject is mandatory.
• Background in teaching or working in edtech (preferred).
• Willing to work from office 3 days a week . Should be from Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
