Job summary

SBICAP Securities Limited in Pune is seeking an Education Loan Relationship Manager to drive sales and build partnerships with educational institutes and students. The role reports to the Education Loan Sales Manager and focuses on growing the education loan portfolio in the region.

The candidate will manage end-to-end education loan processes, verify documents, coordinate disbursement, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining strong institutional relationships.

Qualifications

• MBA/Graduate with exposure to education loan sales.
• Experience in BFSI or education loan products is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales of his respective location.
• Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.
• Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of Education Loan programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with the Institutes and customers for repeat business.
• Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, and co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.
• Ensure the achievement of given business target.
