Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist senior counsellors in handling student enquiries and counselling sessions.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, financial budgets, and study-abroad preferences.
• Provide basic information about countries, universities, courses, intakes, and admission requirements.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Assist in converting enquiries into counselling appointments and applications.
• Maintain accurate student information and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the Admissions, Visa, and Operations teams.
• Assist students with basic documentation and application requirements.
• Learn about university admission procedures, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, and scholarships.
• Participate in student seminars, webinars, events, and counselling activities when required.
• Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports.
• Continuously develop knowledge of international education destinations and university programs.
